Pawdigos ("we", "us") helps people in Cyprus find local pet services. We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
- Account info: when you sign up with email or Google, we store your email address and your display name (and your Google profile picture if you sign in with Google).
- Saved favorites: the businesses you save so we can show them on your Saved page.
- Basic technical logs: standard request logs from our hosting provider (IP address, timestamps) used only for security and debugging.
Location
Your device location is only requested when you tap a feature that needs it (for example, sorting nearby businesses). It is used in your browser at that moment and is never sent to our servers or stored. You can deny the permission at any time.
Third-party services
- Supabase — authentication, database, and storage (EU-hosted).
- Google Maps & Places — business listings, maps, photos, and ratings.
- Google Sign-In — optional sign-in method.
These providers process the minimum data needed to deliver their service. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not run advertising trackers.
- We do not share your favorites with anyone else.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Deleting your account
To delete your account and associated data (profile and saved favorites), email hello@pawdigos.com from the address linked to your account. We'll remove your data within 30 days.
